My mobile app keeps crashing when I try to...

There's either a problem with your installation or the app has done something unexpected. First try re-installing the app or moving it to a different location, if that fails then you can try looking in the feedback center to see if this is a known problem. If the problem is unknown, please signup for a support account to submit your feedback.

I paid for a mobile app, but it fails the license check!

Mobile apps are licensed using a combination of vendor and developer license checks. We ask the vendor to perform the initial license check, then perform our own checks to detect any tampering. Apps are verified prior to every release, so be sure to check the vendor is not experiencing any downtime before submitting any feedback.

If you successfully licensed a different app, before or after buying one of ours or you are certain there is no problem with the vendor, then check the feedback center to see if this is a known problem. If the problem is unknown, then you can either signup for a support account to submit feedback or contact us directly from the contact us page.

Great, go to the the feedback center and submit your request. Any important or useful suggestions will be considered for a future release. Please be aware that we cannot specify a time frame for new features, since other projects may be currently in progress.
